When was the last time you really let go into play as you trusted your ability to go with the flow? When was the last time you let go and just trusted in your true nature? To connect and to just be, to allow and just see? Dropping the stories and narratives of the mind, the outcomes, the agendas, the goals and the judgements we will move through embodied sessions with more ease and grace.
In this sacred shared experience, we will journey together igniting our creativity with group practice and play in presence, immersed in the nature of this beautiful island, with trust in the process of growth, laughter and love. Allow yourself to be spontaneous and playful, vulnerable and joyful as we enter into movement, meditation, games, music, art, sharing, and receive all this experience is here to show you.
