Perched above world-class surf breaks and wrapped in tropical gardens, Villa Playa Maria is a boutique luxury villa offering private rooms, ocean views, and open-air spaces perfect for deep rest. Morning movement sessions take place overlooking the Caribbean, and nourishing meals are crafted by local chefs using organic, seasonal ingredients.

What to Expect
This retreat is an intimate, somatic-based adventure using practical tools, daily embodiment practices and shared connection to down regulate our nervous systems. This experience can help you build a foundation of internal safety, resilience, and presence in this beautiful tropical environment.
Daily programming includes somatic movement, yoga, meditation, surfing, snorkeling, waterfall, Rincon exploration, breath work, fireside intention setting, nourishing local chef made meals, grounding nature walks, saltwater pool with plenty of free time for relaxation and individual experiences.
