Intro to Windsurfing
Ever thought about learning to windsurf? Need a refresher on gear and technique? This is your opportunity to get on a board and find out how fun this sport can be. This class is designed for first time windsurfers or those who may be feeling a little rusty, but ready to pick it up again.

We're teaming up with Laughing River Yoga instructors this summer in our beautiful outdoor pavilion for yoga every Wednesday evening, Friday morning and Saturday morning all season. Register online through Lauging River's Mindbody app or just show up at the Burlington Surf Club. All are levels are welcome. You do not need to be a member to take a class.

Barre at the Beach
We're teaming up with Barre instructor Danielle Havens to bring a modified barre class to the pavilion at the BSC. Barre At the Beach is a 55 minute full-body, low-impact workout designed for all fitness levels, set to upbeat music. Lengthen, strengthen and love your body and center your mind. Intro to SUP
Our Intro to SUP lessons, led by our experienced instructors, are geared toward teaching the basics of stand up paddling while sharing the beauty and adventure of Lake Champlain and its shoreline. Nervous? Don't be. Stand up padding is easy and incredibly rewarding once you understand the basics of balance and paddling. We're confident that you'll fall in love with this sport once you give it a try. Our 2019 classes will begin on Monday, June 10th. Don't see a time that works for you? SUP Yoga
As if yoga on land weren't challenging enough! For all you yogis looking to take it up a notch, paddleboard yoga may be your new jam. We'll be offering SUP yoga every Sunday morning and Tuesday evening beginning June 16th with certified SUP yoga instructor, Sarah Krause. Sarah is excited to combine her passion for yoga with her love of paddling. Yoga on an unstable surface brings an entirely new set of challenges into the game. Bring a bathing suit, a sense of humor, and expect to get wet!
NIA Classes
Nia is an hour long dance fitness class that incorporates 52 moves choreographed to music. Moves are derived from the Martial Arts, Dance Arts and Healing Arts. The Nia experience cultivates your body’s way of movement through the precision and power of the martial arts, the expression and personality of the dance arts and the comfort and pleasure of the healing arts. Its a fantastic full body workout that clears your mind and lifts your spirits.
