NIA Classes
Nia is an hour long dance fitness class that incorporates 52 moves choreographed to music. Moves are derived from the Martial Arts, Dance Arts and Healing Arts. The Nia experience cultivates your body’s way of movement through the precision and power of the martial arts, the expression and personality of the dance arts and the comfort and pleasure of the healing arts. Its a fantastic full body workout that clears your mind and lifts your spirits.

Intro to Windsurfing
Ever thought about learning to windsurf? Need a refresher on gear and technique? This is your opportunity to get on a board and find out how fun this sport can be. This class is designed for first time windsurfers or those who may be feeling a little rusty, but ready to pick it up again.
SUP Polo
Ever seen polo on a paddle board? "SUP Polo is best described as a cross between water polo, lacrosse and a destruction derby, all played out on inflatable boards inside an inflatable field." We'll be running league games every Tuesday night in June and July, and pick-up games in August. All you need is a bathing suit, a sense of adventure and a sense of humor. Come on your own or rally your team of three and we'll see you on Tuesdays all summer long.

SUP Yoga
As if yoga on land weren't challenging enough! For all you yogis looking to take it up a notch, paddleboard yoga may be your new jam. We'll be offering SUP yoga every Sunday morning and Monday evening beginning June 24th with advanced certified yoga instructor, Sofi Dillof. Sofi is excited to combine her passion for yoga with her love of paddling. Yoga on an unstable surface brings an entirely new set of challenges into the game. Bring a bathing suit, a sense of humor, and expect to get wet!
